First apartments, then transformed into hotels and now back into apartments. This is the expected scenario for several properties in Prague.
The number of tourists visiting Prague is decreasing continuously and Prague hotels began to see more loss than incomes. Their owners decided to change hotel rooms back to flats to be able to rent them.
Several hotels and tourist guest houses are expected to close this autumn, but this is not the case for Prague holiday apartments. Currently, there are already around 560 hotels in Prague and compared to other European capitals, Prague has 30% more hotel rooms.
It’s logical that the owners wish to return to the original purposes of their houses, the conversion to flats will be their only chance to survive, but on the other hand, they will have it hard to rent such flats, mainly because of the limited parking spaces, the high rental rates and the noisy central location which is not favorite for Czechs to live in.

I found this information very helpful. It is perfect and I added it to my list. Look forward to reading more from you in the future.
